A 25% deposit of the total due will be required. Your selected dates will be held for 7 days only, while your form and deposit is in transit. My party of ___ people will be spending ___ nights and wish to ride to

I am paying a deposit equal to 25% of the quoted price and will pay the balance in full upon arrival in cash or money order. My deposit will be refunded, if I cancel this reservation with more than 30 days notice. If I cancel with less than 30 days notice, I may apply my deposit to a future stay within one year at the then current rates. Otherwise, my deposit may be forfeited at the option of Lady Hawk Farm. I understand that each rider will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to mounting any horse. Each rider will also be required to give full information regarding their equestrian experience so they can be matched to a proper horse. My reservation is not valid until this signed form and my deposit payable to Susanne Casesa is received and confirmed.
